Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale

Information

One of the classic ale strains from a Northwest U.S. Brewery. Produces malty and mildly fruity ale with good depth and complexity.

Alcohol tolerance Approx: 10%

Fermentation Temps: 65-75° F

Flocculation: High

Apparant Attenuation: 67-71%

 

I've never used this strain.
