From traditional London brewery with great malt and hop profile. True top cropping strain, fruity, very light, soft balanced palate, finishes slightly sweet.
Alcohol tolerance Approx: 10%
Fermentation Temps: 64-74° F
Flocculation: High
Apparant Attenuation: 71-75%
I have to say I'm not impressed with this yeast.
Nor am I much impressed with London beers in general.
Although I have much love and respect for Fullers.
