Pilsner is an adaption of Bohemain Pilsner. Adapted for Germanys Brewing conditions.
This beer almost has a reminisance of sulphur into the nose. A very light refreshing beer. Pilsner is what most American beers derived from through the prohobition.
All through the Bohemian, German and Dutch versions have much more flavour and charcter.
The European versions tend to have more flavour and more crispness than its American counterparts.
