BJCP 2004 - Special/Best/Premium Bitter

Recipe Notes: Very Important!!! This Recipe is actually a 12 Gallon Recipe. It is brewed as 10 Gallons boiled down from 12.70 Gallons. I only have a 50QT=12.50 Gallon Pot. So this is how I work around it.
Tasting Notes: An awesome Bitter named after my area of Akron,Ohio. This is the old Italian Neighborhood in Akron,Ohio.
