with good flocculating and malty flavor characteristics, crisp finish, clean,
fairly dry.
Alcohol tolerance Approx: 10%
Fermentation Temps: 63-75° F
Flocculation: High
Apparant Attenuation: 73-76%
I used this strain many years ago.
It makes some really nice British and Canadian styles.
I pretty much stick to my stand bys.
