Information
A dry fermenting, true top cropping yeast which produces a
dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers where a low ester profile is
desirable.
Alcohol tolerance Approx: 10%
Fermentation Temps: 58-74° F
Flocculation: Low
Apparent Attenuation: 74-78%
I personnally have never used this strain of yeast.
