From the famous brewing town of Burton upon Trent, England, this yeast is packed with character. It provides delicious subtle fruity flavors like apple, clover honey and pear. Great for all English styles, IPA's, bitters, and pales. Excellent in porters and stouts.

This is an awesome yeast strain.
Most likely to be from Marston's.
In diffrent beers it leaves diffrent flavours and fruit perceptions.
I've made a few really good Pale Ales with this strain. Note that this yeast needs proper aging. If the beers big, expect a much longer wait. in the 6-1 year range.
