The Brewmeister

Here you will find valuable information, Forums and everything about Homebrewing Beer.

So sit back relax and enjoy a cold homebrew.

Shawn's Christmas Bitter

Homebrewing had evolved from the primitive to the making of fine beers we know today.

First is tradition, Second is love of the beverage we know today as the beloved beer!!

So let us partake of the sweet nectar of the Water,Barley,Hops and Yeast.

Let us partake of the good Lord's Brew

From the ancient times of Beer and for today, We enjoy this beautiful drink.

We know that beer was once a sweet drink with out the bitterness from the flowery hops. I for one cannot imagine a drink of beer before the use of the noble, flowery presence of hops. A few favorites of my own are Challenger, Fuggles, Wye Target and of course the most notable.

East Kent Golding's. Without these there would be no truly English beer.

I will go into more style's and how there brewed down the right side ("Beer Styles Explained).

We will attempt to cover on how to brew each one. Also will be covering various styles of Mashing Procedure and there affects on beer. We will also cover aspects of making your own all grain brewing setup.

So we hope you will enjoy the site as it evolves. :)

So Brew ON!!!
